During a fifteen minute session each expert will take as many questions as they can 9 delegates per table who get to do the asking

How will it work? When you arrive you’ll be able to register for up to 8 sessions of your choice
Make a note of what you’ve signed up for (there’s a place in your guide for that)
Be at your first session table on time ready to go
After 15 minutes there will be a signal the session is over and you move to the next one as quickly as you can.
Operational Manager for Bereavement and Registration Services in Cardiff. Martin has over 30 years’ experience in the industry undertaking everyrole from grave digger and cremator technician to senior management roles and has worked at a number of Authorities.
As a former archaeologist and bereavement services manager, Julie has plenty of experience of exhumation and has helped many families follow the legal and practical processes required. Julie also developed and has been providing the ICCM training course on exhumation since 2008.
‘Mat has over 25 years’ experience in both operations and management within cemeteries and crematoria and leads on the ICCM adult and baby Crematorium Technicians Training Scheme (CTTS). Having received a fellowship in 2020 for services to crematoria, Mat is keen to assist all those working within a crematoria setting to achieve the best standards of service provision and will be on hand to field any crematoria related questions during the sessions.’
Having run cemeteries and crematoria in both the private and public sector, Sofia has a vast experience of granting and transferring exclusive rights of burials. Sofia also responds to member queries on this topic on a daily basis; there aren’t many scenarios that she hasn’t come across!
A former analyst, statistician and now Finance manager, Trevor has been working on donations, processing requests and talking about the metals recycling scheme with non-members, members, charities and funerals directors since 2006.
Ian has over 30 years’ experience in helping organisations achieve their objectives through great design in print and online.
Carole has 15 years teaching grief resolution and working to improve emotional health.
Maria is a trained journalist and has been a PR specialist for decades. For the last year she has been responsible for helping the ICCM voice beheard across press and radio.
Eimer has a wealth of experience helping bereavement professionals utilise social media to best effect.
Cath is a global LGBTQ+ education facilitator, mentor and artist. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for open conversations about diversity and inclusion more broadly.
